Nakuru Activation
The first official activation of the Flag Off Series. Community members and supporters will gather to learn about the Phumulo Marathon, what it stands for, and how to get involved. This is the spark that lights the fire.
Molo Activation
The second activation event, now taking place in Molo — the heartbeat of the marathon. The community comes together to celebrate and build anticipation for the main race happening right here on 8th August 2026.
Youth Karura Activation
Energetic youth volunteers from a local parish gather in Nairobi to generate excitement and awareness around the marathon. This activation is youth-led, community-driven, and full of energy.
Sponsors Breakfast
A special breakfast bringing together committed sponsors and vendors. Attendees will be briefed on race details, branding opportunities, vendor guidelines, and what to expect on race day. This is where partnerships are strengthened.
Volunteers Activation
An online briefing session for all registered volunteers. Marshals, medics, and staff will be briefed on roles, code of conduct, and race day logistics. This session ensures every volunteer is fully prepared and confident.
Nairobi Final Activation
The final pre-race activation event. The Nairobi team comes together for one last push of energy, awareness, and community spirit before the big day. We are running towards a better future for education.
